Tulifo Private Limited was founded in April 2026 in India. We build a language model for interviews, and the products around it that let employers and job seekers meet with trust on both sides.
What we believe
AI is changing which jobs exist. The people displaced need a fast way to prove what they can do next, and employers need a way to trust what they see.
We capture both ends. Candidates find and prove their next job. Employers find and verify candidates with end-to-end AI interviews. Both sides get something they can rely on.
Underneath it all is our own model, trained in-house, with open weights where we can share them.

Consent first
Candidate consent is recorded and versioned. Profiles are shown to employers only when the candidate has agreed.
Certification path
We are working toward ISO 27001 first, followed by SOC 2 Type II.
Integrity signals
Identity, camera, faces in frame, editor input and window focus are recorded with each interview, so results can be audited.
